Introduction


MGR-3X Series Compact Three Phase AC DIN-Rail Mount Solid State Relay (or Miniature DIN-Rail Mount Solid State Relay, Mini DIN-Rail Mount Solid State Relay) uses Compact Package, which currently is the smallest Three Phase AC Solid State Relay in the MGR product line. Because its high current, MGR-3X is not a stand-alone device but a device integrated a heat sink(can be mounted on a DIN rail). So you should consider the installation space when choosing this series. According to the control signal, MGR-3X can be divided into MGR-3X_D Series (DC to AC), and MGR-3X_A Series (AC-AC). The MGR-3X Series has the same characteristics as the MGR-3 Series, and its volume is half (1/2) of the MGR-3 Series (with heat sink), therefore, the MGR-3X is more suitable for equipment where the installation space or power density is highly demanding.

Precautions and FAQs


● If the load current is 10A, a heat sink must be equipped; if the load current is 40A or more, an air-cooled radiator or a water-cooled radiator must be installed.
● When the load is an inductive load, be sure to connect a varistor in parallel with the output terminal, whose voltage value is 1.6-1.9 times the load voltage.
