● Unless otherwise stated, I_GT, V_GT, I_H, V_TM, and V_ISO are all tested at 25 °C, and other parameters in the table are tested at T_jm.
● I²t=I²_TSM×t_w/2; In the formula, t_w=half period of sinusoidal current. If the frequency is 50Hz, I²t=0.005I²_TSM (Amps² sec).
